Friday collects the following information to provide its services:

• Discord user ID, username, and avatar
• Server IDs and channel IDs where Friday is present
• Command usage data for improving functionality
• AI chat messages processed through NVIDIA API

2. How We Use Information

Information is used solely to operate and improve Friday:

• To process commands and provide bot responses
• To enable AI chat features via NVIDIA API
• To generate server analytics and activity reports
• To maintain and debug the service

3. Data Storage

Data is stored securely on Firebase and PostgreSQL databases. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service. Server configuration data is stored until Friday is removed from your server.

4. Third-Party Services

Friday uses the following third-party services:

• NVIDIA AI — for processing AI chat requests
• Firebase — for data storage and analytics
• Discord API — for bot functionality

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data by removing Friday from your server or contacting us. Data associated with your account will be deleted within 30 days of request.
